I send the mail out on the 10th of Every Month. If you are a US Friend, you can expect it 3-10 days and if you are an International Friend, you can expect it 2-6 weeks depending on your location. If you sign up before the 10th of any month, you will receive that months mail. If you sign up after the 5th, you will receive the following months mail as your first month.
Please email us directly at Hello@TheRusticPost.com and we will be happy to take care of that for you. Please do NOT provide any Credit Card information in the email, if you need to change Card numbers, please give us your phone number and we will contact you directly and safely.
We all know how the Post Office works, please be patient with them. To keep costs down, we cannot offer tracking on our envelopes. It can sometimes take up to 2 weeks after the expected delivery time to receive if you live in the US and up to 6 weeks for International. We will of course make it right for you if you let us know, but we will ask you to wait for those times first.
